Compliance: Your photos and their upload must comply with Emma’s Community Guidelines and Terms of Use. Any content that violates these terms may be removed, and your account may be suspended.
Privacy: You acknowledge that photos uploaded to Emma may be visible to the public. Ensure that you have the consent of any individuals featured in your photos.
Reporting: Emma may review and remove content that is reported as inappropriate, infringes on intellectual property rights, or otherwise violates Emma’s policies.
